About me

I am a Strength Coach who enjoys teaching people to get stronger. I have been in the wellness industry my whole life, having studied personal training, sports conditioning training, Pilates, sports massage and various certifications through a group called @StrongFirst. I am currently training and racing as an Elite Triathlete.

What do I Specialise in?

I work with people who want to get strong for a purpose. I work with people from all walks of life, from athletes to people with chronic diseases. I am able to identify peoples weakness’s and strengthen their bodies from there.
